- Registration as member only for those with their dues fully paid for the year 2008.
- Registration as student only accepted for full time undergraduate and graduate students that present a valid proof of enrollment issued by the Registrar of his/her university.
- After 18/06/2008, only on site registration.
WITHDRAWAL / CANCELATION POLICY
Withdrawal will be accepted only up to 30 days prior to the event and a 30% penalty will be levied at the time.
