There are 2 registration desks:
Pre registered – where all the 400 pre registered participants will take the material;
New registration – for those that will register during the event.
September 11th – From 02:00 PM to 07:00 PM
September 12th to 15th – From 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM
September 16th – From 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM
The Internet Wireless Conection will be free during the entire event just on the Convention Centre. You can get the password at the registration desk.
The 12th ICUD is using a large structure on the Convention Centre and also of the Hotel. So to better identify them please see the
rooms map in the next page.
All the presentations must be recorded at the Media Desk from where it will be distributed on the room of your presentation.
It will be opened on the same time of the Secretariat.
The Galla Dinner will be held on September 15th, 2011 at 20:00.
Transportation will be provided from the official hotels that are: Plaza São Rafael, Plaza Porto Alegre, Hotel Continental Business, Master Alberto Bins Express.
Porto Alegre is a big city so please avoid using jewelry on the street.
The official travel agency of 12th ICUD is Fellini Turismo. They will be attending at the event.
